At Being Human Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account on our website, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is unwashed, unworn, and packed in the original packaging with all brand tags and invoices included.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure you obtain a pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
